Brewdog Collabfest 2023

Alechemy Brewing is again proud to feature in this year's BrewDog Collabfest where we've worked with the teams at BrewDog House, Edinburgh and BrewDog,  Cowgate to bring another exciting brew.

Alechemy Head Brewer, Cameron has done another fine job creating It's Not UnyuzuAle - a yuzu-fruited pale ale! Pun intended. It’s a delicious, smooth & juicy modern fruited pale ale that will have you singing & dancing all night long like Mr Jones himself! This luscious pale ale has been fruited with both yuzu & apricot to give it a delicious slightly sweet edge with a slightly bitter fruity finish coming from the yuzu. Expect aromas of orange zest & citrus fruits, a smooth mouthfeel with flavours of apricots, grapefruits & oranges finishing with a soft tart bitterness of yuzu & citrus. At a cool 4.7% abv this sessionable fruited pale ale will deliver all the good times, without burning down the house! 

BrewDog Collabfest begins on Friday 20th October and runs until Sunday 22nd October. Pop into any BrewDog bar to sample collaboration brews from all over the UK & Europe. And don't forget to ask for a pint of It's Not UnyuzuAle and rate it on Untappd. We think this could be a winner this year!
