Celebrating St Andrew's Day

 

Saturday is St Andrew's Day, and it's a great chance to celebrate all things Scottish and here are a few beers cocktails to warm your cockles

Wee Jock's Rusty Ale 

Really simple - pour a chilled  bottle of Wee Jock into a pint glass, and top up with a measure of Drambuie 

Highland Sunshine 

Fill a glass up to half full with Sunshine on Keith, add lemonade and a half measure of a Speyside Malt 

Imperial Flip

This is a bit more adventurous..using a shaker add an egg yolk, a teaspoon of sugar and a half measure of Snake Venom, and mix until smooth.

Pour our Bring out the Imp or Supernova into a hi-ball glass. 

Slowly add in the mix, and sprinkle with nutmeg, or powdered chocolate
